Website Redesign
Phase I (2020): I had the opportunity to own the website redesign and conversion by integrating updated brand direction into the UI design, wire-framing user flows and site-mapping, and building out each page with customized HTML/CSS. We also revamped the articles page to make it a key hub for user education and communications.
Phase II (2022): We partnered with an external agency for a second redesign in conjunction with the organization-wide rebranding. I participated in the redesign process and maintained site content and CMS in Wordpress, new landing page designs, technical troubleshooting and overall upkeep of our web presence via SEO and Salesforce/Hubspot integration.
Insurance Dashboard Wireframing
Designed a dashboard used by program managers to track safety scores and other key metrics across their workfloors.

Iconography & Illustration
Designed custom icons for the icon library leading with geometric shapes and angles that emulate SAT hardware, and illustrations used across training material and UI. Managed the brand library and CMS for these assets.

Kiosk MVP
Developed the UI and oversaw the testing/QA process for an onboarding and training touchscreen kiosk, resulting in increased program engagement and data applications at multiple client sites.
