Web Design & Site Management

In 2020, I had the opportunity to spearhead the website redesign process from concepting phase to final build. I collaborated with with marketing team members to develop interative content for each page and coordinated with developers who assisted in the back-end construction to ensure that we were able to create a robust sales experience for site visitors. We also revamped the articles page which was a key hub for user education and communications from the C-suite.

In 2022, we partnered with an external agency for a second redesign as we underwent a complete organization-wide rebranding, which included a host-platform transition. I participated in the redesign process and maintained site content and CMS, new landing page designs, technical troubleshooting and overall upkeep of our web presence.

Kiosk MVP

As a digital designer I had the opportunity to own the UI and product development process for an onboarding and training kiosk, the deployment of which resulted in increased program engagement and user retention for over 400 users at 3 pilot sites.

The goal of the project was to provide an interface for Industrial Athletes on the floor to view their current safety stats and learn how to better utilize the on-body safety wearables provided by StrongArm. For managers, this product would allow them to leverage the kiosk as a Huddleboard and collect feedback to better manage and protect their Athletes during every shift.

With a team of 6 individuals across R&D, marketing, IT, and data, we mapped out the development timeline, produced wireframes and user flows, designed the final interface, and executed testing during a remote go-live with active customer service provided to the sites.

The collective mission of dedicated safety professionals, influential companies and some of the world’s most established industries to redefine the way we think about workplace safety and wellbeing.
I created the logo design, branding elements, and landing pages for this project as we prepared pitches for our partners in the initiative (AXA XL, Sedgwick).
